- The payment is carried out by check
(in euro only), by money order or bank transfer. |

Cash on delivery |

- A deposit is required. The balance due is carried out with the
delivery against-refunding. This mode of payment cannot be used if your
command total is higher or equal to € 3,500 ($3,500). |

- In the case of one payment to the
command, forwarding will take place with the address of delivery registered
on the order form, as soon as the payment is carried out.
In the case
of one cash on the delivery, forwarding will take place with the address of
delivery registered on the order form, after the payment of a deposit, the payment will be done during
the handing-over of the parcel (these expenses of against-refunding are
with your load). |

is including all taxes, the VAT of 19,60 % is included. |

- Private individual and company: the sale
is HT without VAT, inform you near the customs local to know the
possible taxes with your load. |

Times of shipment |

- The stones will be delivered to you in
the few days which follow your command within the limit of available stocks. |

Return of a stone |
| |

- If for various reasons, you are not
satisfied with the stone, we commit ourselves to refund you entirely
subject to return it within 7 day following the reception, the transport
charges and of insurance are with your load. |
